Jason Kittinger joins Fidelis Insurance Group as Group Chief Operating Officer
Fidelis Insurance Group, now Pelagos Insurance Capital, announced that Jason Kittinger has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Kittinger will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement in operational performance for Fidelis Insurance Group. Mr. Kittinger, who is based in London, will report to Fidelis Insurance Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Dan Burrows, and will serve as a member of the Company’s senior leadership team.

“I would also like express our deepest gratitude to Denise Brown-Brach, who has diligently served as both the UK Chief Executive Officer and the Group Chief Operating Officer since 2023. With Jason joining, Denise will focus on her vital role as UK Chief Executive Officer,” added Mr. Burrows.
Mr. Kittinger brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to his role. Prior to joining Fidelis Insurance Group he served in multiple senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Arch Insurance International, which he joined in 2002. He has also served on various boards at Arch in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration from Samford University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
