The executive management team at Fidelis Insurance Group, now Pelagos Insurance Capital, has been strengthened with the appointment of Anneeka Patel as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this global role, Anneeka will lead HR functions across the group’s key operating jurisdictions in Bermuda, the UK, and Ireland.
Based in London, Anneeka reports to Group Chief Operating Officer Jason Kittinger. She brings over a decade of financial services HR experience to the role, joining from Deutsche Numis where she most recently served as Acting Head of HR. Her background in leadership and talent strategy will be instrumental in enhancing the group’s workplace culture and supporting its international growth.
