Marking a major milestone, Fidelis Insurance Group, now trading under Pelagos Insurance Capital, rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate its official public offering IPO.
The event underscores the company’s growth and positions it for continued expansion in the global specialty insurance and reinsurance market.
Speaking with NYC Floor Talk, CEO Dan Burrows reflected on the significance of the listing. “It’s been a long journey of hard work and dedication from the whole team and our partners,” he said. “Today represents a combination of that effort and the opportunity to bring our strategy to a wider market.”
